I didn’t buy this for cooking or baking but for my cat. He doesn’t like normal cat bed or cat tree. Even boxes cannot attract him for long. His only true love is baking pan and it has to be ceramic so I decided to stop wasting money on cat beds and got this. This one is big enough for him and I appreciate the round corner which provides necessary support when he sleeps in it. Also, as a baking pan this is a great product. I have many pans and I can tell this is one of the good ones that you can trust for all kinds of recipes and for many years.

This baking dish is lovely, simply lovely. It's heavy, bakes evenly, cleans up easily and is perfect for our Greek foods that use filo dough. I am very happy with how our two meals turned out so far and like that we are not ingesting any yucky metals or chemicals since it's porcelain. My two complaints are: 1) The Sur La Table label is stuck to the dish with a glue that needed soaking to remove it. 2.) Dimensions are unclear as the dish is narrower at the bottom than at the top. For the cooking area itself: The INSIDE BOTTOMof the dish is 14.5" L x 9"W x 3" deep. The INSIDE TOP of the dish is 16"L x 11"W x 3" deep. Overall OUTSIDE the dimensions are 20.25"L (includes handles) x 11"W x 3.5" deep. See photos.
