G2X Tactical provides a single output of 600 lumens, the PRO model features dual output with 15/600 lumens (leads with low output on its first press or click), and the LE model features dual output with 600/15 lumens (leads with high output on its first press or click).

Specially designed to meet the needs of law enforcement professionals, the SureFire G2X LE is a higher-output version of our best-selling G2X Pro that leads with high output on its first press or click. It features a high-performance LED that generates a max output of 400 lumens of blinding white light focused by a parabolic reflector into a versatile beam with significant reach and ample surround light for maintaining good situational awareness, crucial in law enforcement. At its lower output the G2X LE produces a useful 15-lumen beam that provides extended runtime on a set of batteries, for tasks that don’t require as much light.

A click-style tactical tailcap switch controls the light’s output--simply press or click to unleash all 400 lumens in momentary- or constant-on mode, an important feature for law enforcement applications where instant access to maximum output provides a tactical advantage. Return to off and press or click again within two seconds for G2X LE’s lower-output 15-lumen beam.

Featuring a lightweight, durable Nitrolon polymer body designed for a secure hold, a Mil-Spec hard-anodized aluminum head, and O-rings and gasket seals to keep out moisture and dust, the G2X LE is as rugged as it is functional. It makes an ideal duty light for anyone who wears a badge-or a perfect everyday-carry light for anyone who demands a professional-grade flashlight that’ll take on just about any situation.

The G2X Pro is a compact yet powerful polymer-body flashlight that uses a high-efficiency LED--virtually immune to failure since there's no filament to burn out or break--to provide two light output levels: a brilliant, penetrating, perfectly pre-focused 320-lumen beam, and a 15-lumen low-output setting that lets you greatly extend the runtime per set of batteries, an invaluable option when you find yourself miles from civilization. Press the tailcap switch for momentary-on low, press further to click constant-on low, return to off and press or click on again within two seconds for high.

I’ve owned a couple dozen flashlights in my lifetime, the only flashlight that hasn’t failed to date is the Surefire. The G2X Pro series is nice and compact. Has a good balance between brightness and battery run time. Virtually indestructible, mines been dropped from 10 feet to concrete floors, dropped in water, left outside, still works as great as the day I got it. Photo shows the Desert Tan color just purchased, plus an older G2X that’s been heavily used on a nearly daily basis these last 3 years.
