Surebonder Electric Glue Skillet. Perfect for gluing floral stems and foam. Just heat glue completely in skillet and dip floral or other craft items into it to get the glue coverage you want. Saves time and decreases chance of burning your finger. Reheat any unused glue for your next project. Features an adjustable temperature control and non-stick finish. Skillet measures 7-inch by 7-inch not including a 5-1/2-inch handle. Power cord is attached to the handle (UL Listed E307018). Uses SureBonder Diamond Cubes; pellets; pillows; or glue sticks (all sold separately). Imported.

Be careful what surface you use this on!!

I love electric skillets/glue pots and have always wanted one. This is my very first to own..... it is dangerous! An exposed heating coil lights underneath and will burn your work area. I also left my glue gun on the counter touching the pot. I plugged the extension cord in and left for a few minutes to gather more supplies. My brand new glue gun was smoldering because it was too close to the coil of the skillet! So, I've burned my work bench and now ruined a new glue gun. I hate to think what would have happened had I stayed out of the room for a few minutes longer. Now I use it but it is placed on top of a large cookie sheet with a hot pad underneath the sheet. Much safer now!! Love it! Just beware of the heating element.

Great for Small Furniture Restoration Projects

I needed this to melt glue for a small furniture restoration project. This worked perfectly. I bought some small disposable pie pans to put into the frying pan and then mixed the glue in the pans. Melted quickly and stayed liquid long enough for me to glue and clamp the stool.

Best Way to use Hot Glue Ever!!

I have never been much of "hot glue gun" fan, but when I bought this skillet, I realized what I had been missing! It was
the glue gun itself I didn't like, with this skillet there were no more burned fingers and feeding glue sticks in the gun waiting for them to heat. I simply melted the glue, dip the item I was gluing and it is done! The temp control is awesome and makes it great for use on all kinds of materials. I definitely recommend this skillet to anyone that uses hot glue! You can even use a small paint brush to spread the glue on items that you can't dip. I love it and it works for me! I also now work in a local floral shop part time and bought a second one to use there, everyone there that has used it, loves it too!

However, product is rated for American voltage and needs to be plugged into a transformer before use.
