First of all this book seems to have been farmed out to to be written. Nothing necessarily wrong with having a book ghosted but at least use somebody who knows how to speak English!!! I had to struggle to understand what was being said which made for difficult reading.
But worse, the author understands nothing about prepping or medicine never mind survival medicine. For example the four categories of prepper ranging fromm" "wannabe" to "master prepper". Seriously? But better "oral antibiotics" used for ,"oral infections" and including Sudafed and throat lozenges.
That was the point beyond which I couldn't go on.
There are some very good books about survival medicine. This isn't one of them. Don't waste your time or money.
There are a few medicinal plants listed, but again too vague in preparation, dosage etc statments like '
If you take the boiled willow with the remedy and the symptoms don’t subside immediately, then you should try sipping it once every two hours, and you will be cured eventually.' Followed up with advice similar to peanut butter is good to include as part of your kit.
There is a lot of preamble of what a prepper is and how they do things for others out of the kindness of their heart, but to me the level of practical medical instruction is extreemly low. Personally I would prefer a refund
Endurance trianings come handy, mental discipline will help with survival , proper medical survival handbook can be a real help when it comes to the situation that the person doesn't know how to handle. The medice survival handbook helps in awas that someone can react with confidence. One can also find plenty of info about the equipment, kind of items, gears to use in order to be few steps ahead of the mistrap.
Book describes survivalisms, preppers and how to become one, natural medication to be found in the environment...
