This lighter is little - 25.8 grams, filled. 5 cm - about 2 inches (counting the little key chain knob) long and 1.5 cm or just over .5 inches in diameter. The size may be a bit small for some people to easily light, but it's perfect for an emergency backup or to throw in your backpack on a back-country trip.
Side note: Yes I did fill them with fuel as per the instructions. Yes the O-Ring is installed and not pinched when tightened. And yes I did a retest. I filled all of them with fuel again and tested to make sure that I got a good flame the first day. Then I left them sitting on the table for 2 weeks and again they were all out of fuel.
I had none of the problems other people claim as far as threads loosening, not staying together, or with fuel escaping and evaporating. It worked perfectly..until I put a new flint in.
Zippo flints absolutely do not fit the lighter I received. The diameter of the tube which holds the flint is too small. The flint fits into the bottom, but gets completely jammed and pinched inside toward the top, so the spring cannot hold the flint against the striking wheel. There's no getting it back out, so the only option other than throwing the lighter in the garbage is to shove a paper clip or similar object into the tube and (with great effort) forcing the flint against the wheel and then putting it back together which allows maybe a few strikes until it has to be repeated in order to keep using it. It goes without saying that this is a ridiculous hassle.
A potentially perfect lighter with a fatal design or manufacturing flaw. The non-replaceability of the flint makes it a disposable lighter, and that's certainly not what it's supposed to be. Perhaps Ronson flints are a smaller diameter and would fit, but after buying a package of 30 Zippo flints specifically for this lighter because it had worked so well, I got screwed twice and am not about to buy more of a different brand just to see if they'll work.
Very disappointing. The first time I've ever had to rate a product one star.

Product arrived way sooner than the expected date. Surprisingly tough material and a great price.Published 20 hours ago by McMatt
The item was extremely difficult to put fuel in. I understand the need for a tight fit so that fuel doesn't leak, but I had to use pliers to get it out of its case the first time. Read morePublished 8 days ago by Jason Lozano chilidog

Honestly this is the best lighter you can buy. And iam talking about how reliable it is. I have never seen a lighter hold such a small amount of lighter fluid for so long. Read morePublished 1 month ago by Tyler
