It's panko. It works well for breaking things. I have been breading and freezing eggplant to put away for the winter and prefer panko to regular bread crumbs because it is crunchier. This brand is one of the better ones I have tried.

It's panko. It works well for breaking things. I have been breading and freezing eggplant to put away for the winter and prefer panko to regular bread crumbs because it is crunchier. This brand is one of the better ones I have tried.
