If you did not know, then I will share with you one secret, few people know about it. Such square sushi (maki) makers have different diameters (size) from smallest to largest for making rolls of different diameters.
This sushi (maki) maker has a classic medium size.
Product size of 8in * 2in * 1.1in The finished roll has a size of 7.2in * 1.2in * 1.1in
Rolls are obtained and not large and not small. The average classic size in restaurants. This is what I need to put a few toppings of fish, Philadelphia cheese, and avocado! Delicious!!!

The set contains detailed instructions on how to use the device. It helped me.
Rolls turn out to be done quickly and accurately with different fillings.
The kit has everything you need to prepare high-quality, beautiful rolls in seconds.
Product disadvantages -
The mold needs to be constantly lubricated a little with oil so that the rice does not stick to the mold and the press. (But, alas, this must be done with all forms for making rolls)
The seller did not put a recipe book in my package, although it is indicated in the description. The seller sent me a book in an electronic format. Yes, it took a while.
This book has many useful recipes and even how to cook rice. It is a pity that I did not receive this book immediately. Next time I will make rice according to this recipe.

If you're a foodie or just want to give sushi making a try, this kit is so helpful! There's a little instruction guide with helpful hints, and the "maki maker" is a game changer. This kit really does help facilitate the whole process, because sushi rolling definitely requires some technique. I liked that the kit came with a chopsticks set and sauce holders, just to complete the look. Definitely would recommend if you want to save some money on sushi and make it at home!
