It was very hard to hang even after flattening it for days. If you're willing to tack into your walls , it's probably no problem but I wanted to use that tacky puddy.
I also was impressed at how each exercise has a corresponding QR-code that you can use your phone to scan and immediately jump to the Youtube video, showing exactly how to perform each exercise. Wow, what a time saver this is especially when you are learning a new exercise and want to ensure you are performing it with the correct style and technique.
If you have any suspension training system, this is a fantastic compliment to accompany it.
