I understand that mfg flukes happen, and so I emailed swagtron directly (with pics and a video with the sound) for feedback.......WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Note, they weren't rude....they just don't seem to care about how their products are received by consumers. They offered no explanations, apologies, or solutions....other than send it back for repair (which would be about a 20-30 day process). I had an issue with Segway, and they literally did everything in their power to make it right!!! Sometimes products have issues.....but how a company handles those issues is PARAMOUNT IMO!
So, as another reviewer has stated, this model is obviously a bad batch, and is defective (They all come from china BTW). If you have never ridden an EUC, or aren't familiar with them......NOTE: They should run smoothly with NO RUBBING, GRINDING, or CLICKING!
Will Return (thank heaven for Amazon Prime)!!! First and Last time purchasing a Swagtron/ Swagway product!
