The doorbell itself is great. The software that comes included wasn't anything to write home about. I used another free MP3 editor and was able to upload the songs quickly. Overall I am very happy with this product and would recommend it to friends.

Will not clip many MP3 files and customer service didn't seem to know why or have any suggestions. I spent about a half hour on the phone with tech support logged into my computer and we got the software to clip some MP3 files accurately but not the majority. They kind of left me hanging on why this was the case or what else I might try.

I bought this because I wanted a doorbell that I could change the chimes out for each holiday. It is easy to use, works great, sounds amazing and does exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately it has two major drawbacks: it's just not loud enough to be a doorbell for even a small apartment. It is only loud enough for one room. Secondly it eats batteries and doesn't give any sort of warning when they have become low or drained, so you have no idea your doorbell is not working.

bought this thinking it would be a cheap easy way to upgrade my doorbell. Took it out of the box when i received it and it worked fine then i didnt do anything with it for about a month and the stupid thing doesnt work. emailed swann support and after about a month i heard back from them and all they said was to return it. Because of how long it took them to get back to me its to late to return it. Thanks for nothing. Dont buy this its junk

The specs for this online do not mention that a) this is battery powered; b) it does not hook into your regular doorbell wiring in your house (it comes with a wireless doorbell button, that's the smaller unit shown in the picture). Not what I needed.

I bought this so I could play the Star Wars theme music when someone rang the doorbell. The software is a little wonky, but it works.
