I recall the day that i went through Dr. Josh Axes tutorial for Hair growth and to reduce hair falls 55 days ago. And I am writing this review based on that. I, totally agree to this product and below are my comments.
The day i started taking the pills made be feel a little uncomfortable as I took them empty stomach. But the bright side was that I had a wonderful No.2. Lols. Then I combined it with 10,000 MCG Biotin with Jarrows Beef bone broth along with Vitamin B12 ( 500mcg) daily. In 25 days I could really feel a wonderful difference. My hairs were growing and looking thicker and hair falls were less. I noticed an amazing glow on my skin. I used castor oil and Jojoba oil along with coconut oil too to support the root strength and to keep the hair soft. To my surprise I could also feel my body hairs ( Hands, legs, inner thighs, chest, back) were getting thick and those unseen hairs which never sprouted on all over my body especially near the hand fingers and behind palms also came out. I kind of feel manly now. My nails were getting thicker and looking healthy, After 40 days, I had combine the aforementioned 3 items with Ashwaghandha+ Rhodiola Rosea+ turmeric+ black pepper( total 2005 MG) + Saw Palmetto ( 1000 mg). It reduced my stressed, eating my body fat, feeling really sleeping when the day goes off giving me complete 9 hours of rest at night and when I wake up, I feel wonderful.
My 1st bottle of pumpkin seed oil is getting over in 5 days and after 55 days the results are still good when combined with all the meds above. NB:- I AM NOT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL. I AM TELLING THIS OUT OF MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. KINDLY CONSULT YOUR MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS BEFORE YOU CONSUME ANYTHING. FOR ME, MY GUT FEELINGS MADE ME TAKE STEPS ON MY OWN RISK.
Thanks for the wonderful product that helped me reduce the DHT on my hair follicles and letting it grow. The second bottle just arrived And i am looking forward to consume for 24 weeks as it normal takes 24 weeks for men to get hairs to grow back fully on any hair loss areas with good thickness as per studies in net.

So, I have issues with frequent bathroom trips at night.. Sometimes 5-6 xs. Needless to say, I have great difficulty going back to sleep after I'm up. This Swanson product pictured on the right, has alleviated my problem. I have always previously taken the Swanson Pumpkin seed oil, but not long ago it was unavailable. I bought the product on the left thinking they would all have the same effect on curbing my issue. Wrong‼️ With the other product, I was up at least 4xs and more during the night. This product is a true blessing for me and I am now getting very restful sleep 😴 Thank you Swanson 💝
