I started taking Ashwagandha a while ago to help relieve anxiety symptoms. I work from home, and sometimes I can feel like the walls are closing in on me. Not all the time, but when it does hit me it's a terrible feeling. I get very shaky and nervous, and imagine all sorts of more serious problems are at hand from the slightest ache or pain, which can very well see the situation spiral out of control. (The old "feeling of impending doom" thingy that true anxiety sufferers know all too well I'm afraid). Though I have taken a mood support supplement in the past for years, it never made me feel so totally relaxed as when I started combining it with Ashwagandha. I actually couldn't believe how good I felt after taking it the first time. I just felt so relaxed, unhurried, and content. It was as good as any miracle drug could be at the time I promise you. And I have been taking it ever since, and still feel its working continuously at taking the edge off and making me feel more secure and relaxed all the time. One capsule morning and night it all it takes. And you will even sleep much more soundly with it. I only wish I had found it years ago...
I have tried several brands of this in the past, and keep coming back to the Swansons for the price, and more importantly the brand has never disappointed me. I've taken other supplements by them as well, and still do, (including Lycopene and CoQ10). The price is very reasonable, as well as always available and shipped quickly here on Amazon, and as mentioned before, consistently effective. If you have a problem or a history of stress/anxiety disorders I highly suggest you try this before that horrible feeling of the deep end being just up ahead overwhelms you. I can't promise it will be as effective for you, but for me personally it's working wonderfully, and I won't be without it again... : )
