This is a great product with three 'standardized' ingredients. It's important to note that Bacopa Monnieri takes at least 3 weeks before cognitive support occurs. So don't give up. It may take even longer for some. Coffee fruit extract has been noted in scientific journals to supports neurogenesis and neuron survival. This occurs over time so it's not an overnight thing. Again, patience is important. I believe this is a supplement you just keep taking because it's doing good for your brain. That said though, I would give all supplements a break. Perhaps 8 weeks on, 1-2 weeks off. Just give your body a chance to not build a tolerance.
