I purchased the Kindle addition of this book, and ended up highlighting at least half of it, as it had a lot of information to digest but it was written at a level that was easy to understand.
Although I have ultimately discovered that the best sweetener is no sweetener at all, I'm glad that I read this book so that I can help educate others about some of the hazards that exist out there.
