The AM section has places to fill out what makes me smile, gratitude, what my two actions are that will get me closer to my goals, ideas, and a space for focusing on what I’m giving and minimizing each day. It’s so easy to stay busy working on things that don’t matter but this AM section really helps me focus on what does matter and what I should be working on.
The PM section has spaces for me to list my wins for that day, what I have an abundance of, my freedom actions I’ll focus on tomorrow, nightly affirmations, and a little area to review how my day went. It really sets me up for success the next day.
I’ve honestly found that I’m in a healthier mindset and more productive when I use it. I’ve made more progress towards my goals and have realized what goals really matter to me. I has really helped me so I highly recommend it!
Heath's guide to the journal brings a smile to my face because he has a voice and message and way of conveying ideas that is fresh and original. His writing is motivational and witty and to-the-point. Smash those nasty resistance gremlins and flex your happiness muscle! It's all about getting over the stuff that's holding you back and making your real dreams come true through consistent action. Be sure to read through the "book" section at the front before diving into the journal pages--you'll gain so much from it, and it'll give you some great ideas!
I highly, HIGHLY recommend this journal and hope that everyone who reads it actually takes action with it. I don't think anyone will regret doing so. Seriously, this journal has the potential to change your life. Get it.
Heath Armstrong has a great sense of humor which really shines in this book/journal. Very inspiring!!
