Sweet Lies Between Her Thighs was nothing like I expected but, it was so much more. This book was not your normal romance novel. It was very intense. We have Ms. Myami who is distrusting of men and has built up quite a few walls around her heart. And, with good reason. Her last relationship left her broken (mentally and physically) and homeless. So, after pulling herself out of that rut, she was on her men ain’t shyt and I’m not dealing with them. Then, we have Dayton. Sigh……… Dayton is the book bae we all deserve. Dayton NEVER judged Myami for her past or for what she currently did to keep her bills paid. He just saw a woman who did what she had to do and he respected her for that. I loved that, even though Myami had a few emotional hurdles to get over, Dayton was willing to stick it out with her just to be with her. Can we talk about that FaceTime scene?!!! To say that scene was sexy is an understatement. Whew chile! Pearls clutched because, honey! Sweet Lies Between Her Thighs was a great read. It romantic with just the right amount of drama. This was my first book by Ash Ley and it did not disappoint. I look forward to reading more from her.

The cover was the first thing to grab my attention! I loved how this book dealt with current issues that some people might have to face on their relationship such as having an OnlyFans. I loved Dayton from the very beginning but I can't lie, Myami had to grow on me. I understood he past and her issues but she still was not favorite. I was excited to see the relationship develop and blossom between Dayton and Myami and enjoyed the ending. I'm definitely interested in reading more from the author.
