Natalie Ann's 'Road to Reality' was the draw card for me. I haven't yet read a book from her that I didn't love! The path to love is never smooth but the HEA makes it worth the trip. As does the interactions between Beth & Mac with the characters from previous & subsequent books in the series.
'His Christmas Promise' by Alicia Street was the other standout book in the bundle for me. It grabbed me from start to finish & I was sorry to reach the end.
'Together for Christmas' by Mimi Barbour I found to be a bit of a tough read. I love the paranormal genre, but the concept I struggled with.
Taylor Lee's 'Blue Christmas' grabbed me from start to finish. Tiffany & Brady were real, tough & fantastic!
'The Sheriff Meets His Match' by Jacquie Biggar is an engaging story where the small town is as big a character as the main characters themselves.
'Her Christmas Cruise' by Mona Risk is a fabulous story although Julia could have stood to get out of her own way a bit! A great short story.
Cynthia Cooke's 'A Wolf Magic Christmas' is a fantastic shifter Christmas story. I'll be looking for more of her work.
Tamara Ferguson's 'A Kiss Beneath a Christmas Star' was a sweet story of Christmas magic.
Suzanne Jenkins ~ My Christmas Romance ~ Life changing events during Christmas prove you never know what the next day may bring, including a chance of love.

A WOLF MAGIC CHRISTMAS by Cynthia Cooke
Rena has had nightmares about her late mother since she was six years old; Rena hears a voice, she sees a beast, and amidst all the bright lights of her nightmares, Rena is afraid of the dark. Rena tries to exorcise her nightmares through her painting, but still they won’t go away. In the middle of the night after yet another nightmare, Rena gets up to add details to the painting of the beast, when the doorbell rings; she had forgotten an appointment, lost as she was in her art. But it’s not who she expected, it’s a man she doesn’t know: Kaydin who seems to know things about her. And Kaydin has secrets and knows things about Rena that even she doesn’t know…
Cynthia Cooke has such a way with words when describing the paintings, the colours. I love it when an author is able to convey colours to what she writes. A WOLF MAGIC CHRISTMAS was dark blue with swirls of colour, then it turned to red and orange; not many authors can create such a feeling as well as such an eerie atmosphere. Cynthia Cooke writes so beautifully, here’s a tiny sample: “… overshadowing the fading tendrils of her nightmares”; isn’t it just gorgeous! It was nice to see that Ms. Cooke knows what she’s talking about when it comes to art.
Rena liked Kaydin right away, but can he be trusted? Will he believe her? And who is he really? This story is very short, but talk about action-packed! Is reality a nightmare, or is the nightmare about to become reality? And yet, all’s well that ends well. Very well done!
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
I think my favorites are Road to Reality (which I had already read and reviewed) by Natalie Ann, His Christmas Promise by Alicia Street, The Sheriff Meets His Match by Jacquie Biggar, and A Kiss Beneath A Christmas Star by Tamara Ferguson, but the editors who put this book together did a great job.
Some of the books weren’t in my genre so I skipped over them, but those I read I did enjoy. I was gifted a free copy and voluntarily left an honest review.
