These are very good. The beans are fairly small, and as far as pure coffee flavor they aren't my favorite. But the chocolate covering is fairly thick.
With these you get a higher ratio of chocolate to the bean compared to other competitors.
The dark chocolate is on the sweet side, so I would suspect less than 50% cocoa.
The low price makes these my go-to beans, but I would recommend you also try Hoosier Hill as a contrast. Those have more bean flavor, and are less sweet.
