If you get the Kindle edition, you can copy and paste the questions after each chapter to a Word document and print them for handouts. Make sure you read them first however since some of the questions won't work if the student does not have their own copy of the book.
Wayne Macke also has another very good resource for premarital counseling where this book is ideal for those who are already married.
