Love the mug. I would have given the mug itself 5 stars. The rose gold is lovely and there is no metallic taste with my coffee or tea. The rubbery coaster bottom is a great feature, and the mug is not in any way tippy. I do hand wash because I’ve had other mugs that the finish wears off in the dishwasher etc. I’ll update in a few weeks if I notice any finish wear.
The lid leaves much to be desired. It’s difficult to sip from without dribbles. Don’t drink from it in light colored clothing without a straw. I’d give the lid zero stars. It needs a complete redesign if they want to use it for a coffee/tea mug. Also, it stains very quickly from the oils in the coffee and the clear plastic looks awful. I’ve just been using it as a lid to keep my beverage hot and removing it entirely to actually drink from the mug.

I purchased this mug because it claimed to keep drinks hot for 3 hours....no it does not. I was drinking my coffee in my office and within an hour, it was barely luke warm, almost cold. Although it is beautiful on the outside, it is definitely NOT worth $34. I got bamboozled! Should have gone to Walmart and purchased one for $12.99!

I have ordered 3 of these cups now hoping I was just having bad luck. Each time, they’re delivered in a bubble envelope - which I would imagine is thrown all around the truck prior to delivery. They are not wrapped up nicely in any way shape or form. One had a crack in the lid and the last two are scratched up terribly. For a coffee cup that is 35 dollars I’d expect it to be a lot more durable. Super disappointed and will be sending this one back for good. It’s really cute but makes no sense to keep a cup for that price that chips and scratches. I didn’t have any problem with the lid leaking like others have but I do notice the coffee really doesn’t come out easy. Overall, more cute than functional. In my opinion, not worth the money.

I love the looks of the cup but the liquid barely comes out! Very hard to drink out of with the lid on. And, the lid is very hard to clean. You can see coffee inside the lid but can't clean it. There was something black inside the slider on the lid when I received it, but don't know how to get it out. The video that you watch to get the sliding part off doesn't work with this lid. I will keep the cup but will request a new lid.
