The kids found them hard to deal with and quickly got bored with them. You have to throw them like a dart under the water. Their supposed to go 20 feet but barely go 6. It's a shame, but as an inexpensive try nothing's lost from this purchase
And, upon finding these in a local store after-the-fact, I found them for half the price.
But, my 7 year old son love 'em, so I'm keeping them. Just wish they were bigger or twice the size.
I'll post pics - if I can figure out how.
If the kids bring a sliver of imagination with them, these will keep them having fun in the pool until you have to pull them out.
Don't be surprised if some of the adults get into the act (especially if they don't think someone is looking :-).
Have read some comments that these are not as fun as those that are a foot long or more but I disagree; the large ones have that OMG factor at first because of their size (which wears off) but the smaller ones don't "need the whole pool" to be able to use them, are more manageable for younger kids and require more skill to use which means longer learn time/play time.
