I really love this pool float and even feel asleep under it. My head was through the big loop and my feet through the two smaller loops.

Setting it up and inflating is easy. Make sure to lay it out flat and open (no folds). I use an air compressor and inflate it at a steady pace since the airway to other sections are small. If you inflate it to fast, the large piece at the bottom will expand very large since the air cannot pass through the airway fast enough and fix popping it. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars on easy to inflate. Other than that it is easy to inflate with the single valve stem.

If you’re using a small pump or by mouth, you won’t have any issues with inflating it to fast.

At the end of the season, I use the suction from a small pump until it is flat and fold it up nicely. I store it, along with other pool toys, in the garage in plastic bags on a shelf.

I bought this as a throwing target for my son's birthday party. When I took out of the shipping carton and blew it up, I heard the hiss of air. Upon inspection, I could see a small slit near the valve. I immediately contacted the seller who offered to send patch kit (really?). When I explained the severity of problem and the immediate need, the seller kindly and quickly shipped a replacement. The replacement did not hold air overnight but we were able to limp through the party without it deflating completely.

At that point, my rating for the product was 1 star. Since that time, the seller has sent me a third replacement. This one is holding air and I look forward to playing with it in the lake this summer. The willingness of the seller to work until product quality issues are resolved has impressed me, but it did take time (almost a month from the time the order was initially placed). I think a better solution would be better quality control on the part of the manufacturer.

The thickness of the tube seems reasonable for the price -- adequate for a pool or lake, but I think it would puncture easily if you were trying to use it for tubing down a rocky river. The air valve is quite nice -- squeeze it a bit when blowing in, if you release the compression while taking a breath the valve still holds the air in. And when you are done, you can tuck the valve in so that it's not protruding (nice for keeping bare legs scratch free).

So if you get one with no leaks, I think you will be satisfied, and if you don't, persevere -- and allow plenty of time to work through any quality issues.

Since I'm attending a college centered around the river lifestyle, river tubes are a huge part of the college experience here. I absolutely ADORE the American flag print, and I always get so many compliments on it! The size is just right for me to float in, because I'm only 5 ft tall. However, if you're looking for the same durability as a river tube, this is not the tube for you. As it says in the title, it is a POOL tube, so don't expect that thick plastic material like that of a river tube. If you do take it to float down the river, be careful around sharp rocks and what not, because this floatation device could easily deflate if it's punctured. All in all, my own initial confusion between a river tube and a pool tube created misconceptions for myself, but this is still a very great product at a better price than most stores!

This was ridiculous..I mean how do you mess up a float toy right ?? Well I'll tell you I was at the pool with 5 kids wanting to play with this thing and as I'm trying to blow it up only 1 of the tubes will inflate the seems where they all connected were sealed off !! No air could get through ..well if you have ever tried to put a float toy back in its original box you know that wasn't going to happen so needless to say it wasn't working and wasn't getting sent back ..all in all I will not be ordering float toys online again

I thought this pretzel was the perfect lake float for me and my love of German culture. It worked out so well. It was comfortable to lay on- back or belly (I'm 5'6"), or sit on the edge or float lower in the water. My nieces and nephews loved popping up through one of the holes to say hi. It was a little hard inflating/deflating because the air has to go into separate chambers for the parts of the pretzel. Overall I'm very happy with it and it caught some attention for its uniqueness.

I had a pretzel float last year that someone popped and ive been hunting for a new one because i loved the style. I finally found this one and when the price went down to $10 i knew i had to get it. Im so happy i did!! This is the best float ever!!! Its a tad hard to inflate but nothing crazy, just need to push air through. My son and i love this because we can both float together and i can even put my legs through the 3rd hole to lay back and float. Id definitely buy this again, its so cute and seems pretty sturdy.

Adorable BUT, three small sized middle school girls each floated in one of the three-sections of the pretzel. They were not horsing around, simply floating around in their backyard pool and before long it was losing air. There apparently was a small enough hole that made it difficult to detect and be able to fix with the repair kit. The girls were disappointed but not as disappointed as this grandmother who bought an obviously defective object that ended up being very expensive for the minutes of use they were able to enjoy it.

looks fun, and once completely inflated does well! Just not as large as hoped (purchased for bachelorette trip- so for adult woman). Where the pretzel "twists" the creases in the plastic make it VERY difficult to inflate. we had to push the air through my squeezing the pretzel, at first we thought it was a default but soon realized it was just a poorly constructed air way. once completely full is great, just a hassle to get there!
