My son loves this Playset - I expect to get about 2-3 years out of it.
We didn't have issues with the boards splitting - I assume that's due to manhandling and over tightening.
Contacted Amazon for missing parts & hardware - they directed me to the manufacturer.
Caution --- these instructions aren't for those that just look at pics, or get frustrated easily, or cannot easily do math & measurements! Your best friend will be the speed square!!
Now on to the instruction booklet. There were at least 30 misprints in the instruction booklet that if I didn't catch that there was something wrong I would have screwed something up or thought there were parts missing. One of the misprints was asking for a piece number of a board that didn't even exist. Only thing that really saved me was organizing the board and labeling them all with post-it notes the day before. Then they had the steps in the wrong order. It went from step 14 to step 17 to step 15 to step 16. Also some of the holes were not predrilled properly.
Speaking of predrilled holes don't expect that all boards are predrilled, you are going to need a tape measure and square to attach some of these boards which isn't too bad, I just wasn't expecting all of that.
Again the finish product seems to be quality, it was just the biggest inconvenient pain in the butt to assemble due to the misprints and lack of organization of the packaging. So some advice organize the wood and the hardware right away get everything labeled properly and expect bad and not descriptive instructions.
Had to refer to on line for English instructions.
1 deck board missing.
1 washer missing for eyebolts
2 inserts for climbing wall not tapped.
Should have a YouTube video explaining total assembling.
I consider myself extremely capable of assembling almost anything, but this one is not for most.
Even if I had a English hard copy instruction manual, It would have been a challenge.
3 long days...
And a final note, I will most likely restain/seal it because it was not very well Staind it the factory.
I will have to contact the company to get the 1 missing deck board, and have to modify it to put it in.
PF6306, should be 7, received 6.
And checked at least 10 times to make sure it wasn't installed somewhere else.

-there's a gap of about 3/8" between the outside of the ladder section and the frame that you have to fill with a scrap of something
-you have to saw off the corners of the three pieces that attach to the semi-circular piece that forms the arch on either roof gable, otherwise there's not enough meat to attach the screws through
-you need to add a spacer on the bolt for the steering wheel, because the bolt is too long
It's only been up for a few months, so long term durability is unknown to me.
Some of the hardware was different from the instruction manual so a lot of time was wasted figuring out if indeed the pieces were correct. There were a lot of extra pieces left at the end. I do a lot of building from kits and this was probably the worst.
That said the finished product is as pictured and it is sturdy.
