Top Customer Reviews
If you need to bind a thicker group of papers or a lot of small groups the cost of the machine might be justifiable, but if you're just binding a few smaller packets every once in a while, I have a hard time justifying the cost, desk space, and even electricity, especially since the hardest part is done by hand. If I could find the little plastic hand tool, I'd buy a small hand-held hole punch and return the monster on my desk.
Edited to add: I ended up returning the electric machine just after leaving the review and buying the manual punch, saving me over $50. It does almost as many sheets, and I was able to find the tool for about $20. You don't really need the tool, though. I used a large, flat, metal letter opener to slide across the pins to lock them into place and it worked just fine. I've been using the manual one for a couple of years with great results.
Contact GBC regarding this issue but never sends me. So sad.
Great product I use for everything!
Easy to add or take away pages, not bulky like binders are.

I got this for my wife, but it turns out she wanted a spiral binder instead. The return (and credit) was handled in a very user-friendly and professional way. Read morePublished on January 14, 2014 by Steve in NJ
I have been using a different kind of binding system in the past, and thought that I would try this one. While it is an old system, it is new to me and just the change I needed.Published on February 16, 2013 by R. J. Thompson
