I routinely make eggs and omelettes, and heat frozen pasta-based dinners like you get from Trader Joe's or P.F. Chang. These are the perfect pan for this kind of meal.
The key with nonstick is (1) don't use abrasive cleansers and (2) don't cook things that need a lot of scraping. A nonstick is not the pan for gravy. I am also very careful when washing to let them cool first, then soak in warm water for a while. I usually use just my fingers to gently wipe off any residue that doesn't rinse right out. The payoff is that it takes less time to clean these than any of my other pans.
I can be brief: They heat evenly, require very little grease, and clean up easily. Food does not stick to them.
A very nice feature that is not mentioned on the product page is that the attractive lid, which fits both pans, has a knob that opens or closes a vent, so that you can vent the contents without getting splatters all over your stove.
Downside? They must be washed by hand, but all nonstick cookware advises you to do this.
The pans ARE relatively expensive, but I expect many years of service and think they will be worth the cost. When my saucepans give up the ghost I will seriously consider replacing them with Swiss Diamond.

Beside the depth of the pan, my favorite feature is the raised flat bottom. The pan makes great contact with my electric cooktop. The insert that came with the pan suggests that efficient heat transfer means you don't need to use a setting higher than medium high and I've found that to be true. Everything from mushrooms to chicken breasts brown nicely with just a pat of butter at this temp.
So far the nonstick coating has proven both durable and easy to clean. I will admit that I do baby the pan, using only wooden or silicone utensils, as well hand washing and drying. Unlike other nonstick pans I've used, the Swiss Diamond coating doesn't hold onto fats or sauces when cleaning. The pan looks new four months later.
The lid is nice and heavy and also cleans up easily, as the knob (which also acts as a vent) comes off with no fuss.
The fry pan doesn't get quite as much use, but it too is as high quality as the sauté. It's nice to have on hand when cooking those big meals.
