I had to file the plastic casing of the power cord down to get it to fit next to the scart connection. It seems a bit flimsy though it works with my SCART to HD converter after I got the power cord to fit.
This adapter worked perfectly for what I needed it to do. I had a lot of scart rgb cables for older video game consoles but the cables had audio on separate rca cables. This adapter allowed me to plug in the scart and rca audio and output rgb and audio over the scart pins on the output for the input of my XRBG-mini upscaler unit.

Works perfectly for what I needed. Allows me to extract stereo audio out of my game console SCART cables and pass the video on to my upscaler via SCART. Note that I was unable to get S-Video or composite video output to work but I suspect that has more to do with the input signal rather than this device.
nice bit of kit. i have unsuccessfully tried to get video of my camera for weeks. even with a similar device. so don't know why that one didn't work. But this one did the trick.
