When I heard they were coming out with another SAO game, it was a must get for me. I've been playing this game for a little bit now and I'm having a hard time putting it down. The game is a combination of the new Hollow Area and the previous game, Infinity Moment. Both stories take place at the same time. The subtitles are set automatically to what language your Vita settings are set too. Since mine is set to English, it automatically gave me English subtitles. Not just subtitles, but, everything, (Dialogue, Items, Skills, etc.) are set to English. Characters do speak Japanese, but, that's hardly an issue. If you are a looking for a good RPG or are a big fan of SAO, like me, this is a great purchase.

The translation wasn't all that clear in this version. DLC also does not work with anything other than the much better translated Playstation Store version of the game. Save yourself time and frustration and just download this game from the Playstation Network. Otherwise it is a very interesting retelling of the original story of Sword Art Online, one where they never got out of the game.

I am a fan of anime's such as this. My first mmo style anime was the Dot Hack series. That is essentially what this series and game is a superior version of Dot Hack. I was a fan of the anime and looked up the SAO game and saw it for PSP and liked the way it looked but sadly no American port. But then Bandai decided to re-release it on vita and it is planed to come to the US as a download only game. However my impatience got the better of me an I purchased this which has decent English and has fun gameplay. Now as for the English translation this game has there are a lot of logic and syntax errors but I like it because if anyone has played early jrpg's for the super Nintendo and playstation 1 the translation issues made the games a challenge to understand some of the story context. This game has that it is in full English but as you read it some of the text is off but I see that as a positive it keeps you engaged in the story trying to make sense of some of the games context. As for the gameplay a high learning curve but once you get it the game becomes a lot of fun. If you cant wait for the US version or a fan of the anime or like action rpg's in general this is great. Solid English for the most part and fun the only negative is I have to disable trophy to get the dlc from the Asian psn store but I plan to buy the US version and compare the 2. The game is that good a must get for jrpg fans or SAO fans.

It was a pretty fun game. I opperates in an alternate timeline from the original sao and even though there are a few inconsistencies between the two, honestly it was still super fun. Also if you buy and play this game the you'll love Lost song (the sequal) even more because it has more customization and is a little bit smoother. All in all I think this game is definitely worth while if you're a big fan of the anime because it gives you another arc to explore and enjoy

It's SAO, which I love, and it plays a lot like Everquest, which I love. AWESOME! A quasi-grindy-actiony RPG with a million items and random loot. Plus the ability to level your character to godlike status. Everything I love about RPGs.

Bought this as a gift for my boyfriend, and he loves it. Ever since he got it he's been playing it. The words are in eglish but they dont speak in english but that doesnt really matter. graphics are amazing as well. its really bright and colorful.

I really love SAO, the anime. So I bought this game. Although some people didn't comment it with good words, I still like it.

I like it I under stand why your at a high level at first on sword art he got to a higgm level but I dont meet the good friends he makes I thought this would be a 2 chip maybe 3 so the company would make more money and the players would to go on the advanture to chose your friends wisely but its good thanks bye.
