Now humans succeed not just because of big brains and opposing thumbs but also with a dedicated on board staff of trillions. Most of us know bacteria help with digestion but here we get to moods, mating, mid sections, and immunity! All the creatures around us have their own bacterial armies.
Watch out though! They can assist or destroy! Learn to keep the balance in your favor.
I like that it's written so everyone can understand, but also has a wealth of details and references to satisfy the health enthusiast and health professionals. This might be the most enjoyable for some one who already knows a lot about how living things work then looks at it again from a whole new perspective with the author as your guide.
