Product Description

Enjoy the challenge of Sudoku? Then this uniquely designed puzzle book is just for you. Symdoku takes the original Sudoku to a whole new level using shapes, instead of numbers.

Fortunately, you don't have to draw the symbols, just match them up with the corresponding keys, and you're on your way. This unbound puzzle collection gives you a great solving experience right on the page. Of course, you can use in-cell notes as you solve, just like you do on paper. If you're stuck, move on to a different puzzle -- you can always turn back to that page later. Or, get a hint and keep going.

You'll be both challenged and delighted with this book of 100 puzzles that fit your personal skill level, because you can change from easy to medium to hard or back at any time. Whatever your skill and solving style, you'll appreciate that each puzzle can be played at three levels of difficulty.

Enjoy!

I loved Symdoku when I had a Kindle Keyboard. Great game, fun and challenging just like Sudoku. This is a really good game for someone who is visually oriented because the symbols are easier to match up than numbers. If you have a Kindle Keyboard, it's a fantastic game and I highly recommend it.

On the downside, when my Kindle Keyboard died and I moved to a Kindle E-Ink, the game no longer worked. It's designed only to work with a built in keyboard. It has no alternate controls and doesn't work with the electronic keyboard. Quite a shame. But if you have a Kindle Keyboard, enjoy Sudoku, and are visually oriented, you'll really enjoy this!

I am addicted to Sudoku so when I saw this in the Kindle store (and it was free) I had to try it! I have loved it and play it as often as I am able. It feels like starting a new workout for the brain after sticking with your regular workout for so long. I know that sounds cheesy, but it's the only way I can think to describe it.

It is impossible to see the characters when trying to solve. They are very, very small and black - you can't tell which is which. Sorry I bought it.

the puzzazz folks are amazing! i bought the first one 'wordoku' and LOVED it. i kept checking for more from puzzazz and today i found and bought the numbers version and the newest 'symdoku'.

this is a unique sudoku type puzzle where symbols, such as stars and crescent moons, are used instead of numbers.

you have 100 puzzles in each version. and you can play each of the 100 puzzles at three levels, easy, medium, and difficult. that gives you up to 300 puzzles per version, depending on your skill level. i am up to #90 of the easy version of the first one i got, 'wordoku' where there are letters instead of numbers.

for the numbers and symbols versions, there is a very easy way to enter them, using either the top row or a cluster of 9 keys set up like an adding machine 1 to 9 keys, which you specify at set up
time. the settings and the button functions are displayed like a legend with each puzzle.

i am going to buy everything from puzzazz. they really deliver quality puzzles that are well designed and tested.
