About the Author
Tom Brady is the quarterback of the New England Patriots, a team he has played for since 2000. During his time with the team, he has won five Super Bowls, and in four of them was named MVP (Super Bowl XXXVI, XXXVIII, XLIX, and LI). Additionally, he has won two league MVP awards (2007 and 2010), has been selected to twelve Pro Bowls, and has led the New England Patriots to more division titles (fourteen) than any other quarterback in NFL history. As of the end of the 2016 season, Brady is fourth all-time in career passing yards, fourth in career touchdown passes, and third in career passer rating. With a career postseason record of 25–9, he has won more playoff games than any other quarterback, and appeared in more playoff games than any player at any position. The TB12 Method is his first book.

Whether or not you buy into Brady's ideas, if you are interested in personal health, from an exercise or nutrition standpoint or both, I think this book is worth a read. I figure for the $24, or whatever it was, there are more than enough interesting ideas to make me glad I bought it.
For most people, especially athletes, I think Tom does a great job explaining his successful health methods. As a TCM health professional I don't agree with everything in the diet/nutrition section and how much water to drink but, overall, I think the recommendations will help others to think differently about how to [make choices and] maintain good health and protect themselves from injury.
