The box arrived slightly broken, as well as the polystyrene inside, giving us the immediate impression that the TV could have not been "new" as sold.

Anyway, we installed it hoping to be wrong about it (it could have been just an awful delivery service after all) but the quality of the video seemed to be immediately low (dark screen a bit too bright than it's supposed to be).

Now, after just 2 (two) days of use, a thick line showed on top of the screen, as per pictures.

We are returning this thing asap and see what Amazon decides to do with this seller it endorses for their "Prime" clientele...

Icing on the cake, we need to find and drop off the (giant) box at a UPS store because they do not pick up, of course. Well, thank you very much ELECTRONIC EXPRESS: I was just wondering how to spend my Monday morning.
