Notched-end sockets lock onto any 3/8 in. drive ratchet, preventing them from being dropped or stuck in fastener. Premium S2 steel bits not only have the length to reach, they have the strength to free stubborn screws. Bit ends are precisely sized for an exact fit and feature chamfered edges that help bits slide into hard-to-see fasteners heads a little easier. Top Customer Reviews
I've got several other Tekton tools, and the more I use them, the more I like them. Made in Taiwan, inexpensive and well made. I'm not a professional mechanic or anything, but I enjoy nice tools that provide good value and I'm very pleased with these. All the tips are well formed without any defects that I can see.
The total length of these (including the socket) is 6 inches. Length of the shaft is 5 inches.
I'm usually not one to get excited about the case that tools come in since I usually throw them away, but I'm keeping this case since it doesn't take up a lot of space. I probably will cut the top off though. This case doesn't "hold" the tools, it just has a little groove for the tools to sit in. The tools will fall out if you don't close the cover.
Very happy with this purchase.
Like a lot of these tools, I'm sure they’ll last if they're used mildly. Probably not designed for heavy abuse.
My applications won't kill them so they’ll probably last a while.
The case is a nice addition. I wrote on the side and top with a sharpie to denote what they are.
It would have been nice to have that molded in but i can sympathize with the expense of doing that.
All in all i would recommend them.

Why are there set screws holding the allen keys into the socket base? I ask cause they fall apart! Nothing epoxy wont fix but should be addressed.Published 24 days ago by riclyo
