If I was to suggest an improvement it would be to be able to dim the LEDs a little. Working in a clean part of machinery the reflection of the light from the LED to the thing I was looking at to the mirror to my eyeball was just too much and I had to turn off the LEDs and go with the old "flashlight at my cheek aimed at the mirror" lighting trick instead.
