Cheap Looking and Incorrect Price

This pullover arrived and immediately I noticed it was pretty cheap looking. It was priced at $36.XX on the Amazon, so I was expecting something better. When I did the return, I noticed that I was being refunded $46 and some change. After looking into it, I realized that I had been overcharged $10 over the advertised price. Would not recommend this purchase. I was going to rate 2*, but I changed it to 1* after they overcharged me.
