It has a delicious taste and texture and goes great in a power coffee (coffee + maca + cacao + tocos + mushroom powder + cardamom + maple syrup + almond milk = blend).It’s delicious blended into my matcha as well.I’d sure it would make a smoothie taste really smooth as well.I’ve yet to notice any benefits in skin or hair or body, but I’m hoping after a few weeks of consistent use to see a difference. I’ll be checking back once I’ve finished the bag.

I'm not a "supplement" person. I prefer to get my nutrition from my food. But this was recommended to me so I thought I'd give it a try. The people around me noticed a difference in my skin and hair almost immediately. Over the past 3 weeks, I've noticed the difference as well. I have never had joint pain, but somehow my joints just feel "better."

I've tried it in tea--delicious! It takes the "edge" off of even black tea. But weirdly enough--I drink it in my daily bottle of iced water. I just put it in the water, fill my bottle up with ice, and drink as usual. I only put it in the first bottle of the day and then refills take care of any residue. It doesn't clump or get sticky--it's just a nice vanilla flavouring with the water.

So...bottom line--I'm hooked! This is something I will be using for the foreseeable future. I love it!

How they do it I don't know, it is just the bran of rice after all! Sun Potion gets extra points from me for responding quickly to a product email that I sent - they verified that they do test their product before packaging to ensure that naturally occurring arsenic levels, present even in organic products like this one, are"very low" so that it remains safe to enjoy every day. I do feel like this has had a positive effect on my skin and hair health and I look forward to my latte every morning.

I can't believe I fell for this! After doing a bit more research I will never use this again. Rice bran contains really high levels of arsenic. Do NOT consume daily as these brands advise. Safe standards for arsenic are very controversial and most scientists report that there is no safe dosage. China is the only country in the world to have a arsenic limit for food and they set the limit to 0.15 mg of inorganic arsenic per kg of food. For comparison, the rice bran solubles tested from several different brands contained between 0.48 mg/kg and 1.16 mg/kg of inorganic arsenic. Arsenic is a carcinogen. Do not consume. Wish I had read the studies before the return window closed. Complete waste of $20.

Tastes very good and is helping my skin tremendously as far as softness. I have chronically dry skin as Ive gotten older that nothing seems to help but temporarily however this has been miraculous. I haven't noticed the glow yet that Ive seen in other reviews but Ive only been takkng it a week or two. I put it in my matcha tea along with a few other things to make a 'super drink' daily. The only downside Id say is feeling a bit more bloated than usual however that could be attributed to where I am in my cycle (sorry tmi)
