NICE BALANCE, STOVETOP SAFE

Hold a lot of tea: Enjoy Tea Time with family and friends. The simple Japanese style cast iron teapot is an adequate size for a few cups of tea.

The Small, Medium, and Large cast iron tea kettle is available, choose a suitable capacity. Small: 22 oz, Medium: 32 oz, Large: 40 oz, Extra-large: 54 oz.

The Small Fire is Suggested. Avoid placing the water over 3/4 of the teapot while Boiling.

Prohibition of Dry Burning. Avoid storing the kettle in a dark, humid environment for a long time to Avoid Rust.

HOW TO USE ME PROPERLY?

Before first use, put 5-10 grams of tea into the cast iron teapot and brewing for about 10 minutes, pouring away the water after it is done boiling. Repeat the produce for 2-3 times until the water is clear.

Recommend not pour over 70% of capacity water into the teapot, avoid cleaning the teapot with detergent, brush or cleaning implement.

Dishwashing detergent is not recommended, simply clean it with water is enough.

Dry after each use to Avoid Rust. Take the lid off while drying, and the remaining water will be evaporated slowly. A tannin film will cover the interior, which is the reaction of tannin from tea leaves and Fe2+ from the iron teapot, and it will help remove the odor and protect the teapot from rusting.

well my teapot arrived quickly and it is very pretty - but unuseable as is. I cannot get the handle attached to the body of the teapot. I have emailed their support asking how to do this and it is 3 days later with no reply. The handle is also cast iron and is far too stiff for me to spread it far enough to get both sides into the holes on the body.
so right now I am extremely frustrated!

UPDATE - after finally being able to contact seller through Amazon - they responded very quickly and replaced my teapot within just a few days - the new one is totally fine and quite lovely!

First, I have to admit, this teapot is excellent in every way, EXCEPT I already had the 25 oz, and when water boils, it pours out the stem. Which would be fine with plain water, but when you use the tea infuser, it makes a mess every time.
That being said, I bought the 32 Oz to see if it fixed the issue. When it arrived, the box said 32 Oz. When I compared it with the 25 oz, it's identical in size. This is the exact same teapot, just labeled larger.

I think this is such a high quality kettle, but only useful for 2-3 cups! So it's great for my sister and I. I used it for my french press this morning and loved it. It's super cute, didnt hear that classic whitsle sound but you knew when it was ready to pour. Definitely suggest you buy!

I got this to put in my camper as no worries about breakage, but I use it all the time now. It's very pretty, pours without dripping, and keeps the tea hot longer than a ceramic pot. Also, I feel comfortable setting it on a warming burner or wood stove top to maintain warmth, after brewing. I got the small cups that match the set, also for their durability. Be warned that the cups get very hot, so the saucer is necessary in order to sip the tea without burning your hands. They are also pretty, but not as functional as the tea pot itself. This product is as advertised, I love it and would surely recommend it to anyone looking for a small cast iron tea pot.

The color is gorgeous- it was so hard to find a little tea pot of this type in this color- and the size is perfect for brewing a cup or two of tea for myself.- It has the little basket to put loose leaf tea in it as well. I am thinking about buying the next size up, since sometimes when I have a friend over and we both want a couple of cups of tea, this is too small. There is minor wear- see pic of where the handle comes together- that is annoying- but I haven’t had any problems with major chipping or anything like that, but I don’t heat it directly in any way- I heat up water in a separate tea kettle and then pour into this mini tea pot. The lid does get a bit hot after pouring hot water into it, so put all the loose leaf tea in there you will need first, so you don’t get a surprise trying to add more in- it will cool down in a few minutes though. I have the bad habit of leaving tea in there overnight too, which you are not supposed to do, which is probably why the tea basket looks so gross. You could probably find a replacement basket of that size pretty easily to switch it out if it bothers you, but it is not a deal breaker for me.

I love this teapot. It looks a little small at first. The colour is beautiful. I put it on the stove to heat up and remove just before boiling, and the paint is fine. If you use real teacups, like i do, it will pour 5 times. If a mug, maybe twice. It does not whistle. The inside is enamel and super easy to clean. It is heavy and the iron gets super hot, so use hotpads, i crocheted my own. Keeps tea hot for a long time. Best cutest teapot ever :D
