Pair with the conditioner to make sure that your hair stays moisturized in the style. Also I used the sprout to scratch my scalp (it felt good). But the cleanser itself wasn't a win/win for me because it doesn't lather the way I like it. Also I used all the product in 3 washes. So it's not worth the money to me.
