airCap is a pressure gauge for inflatables, but unlike other gauges it always stays on your valve. It uses solar-power and has an accurate, easy to read display. Measuring up to 20 psi, airCap LF is compatible with all rafts, standup paddleboards, inflatable kayaks, and inflatable boats that use Leafield C7 or D7 valves. Additionally, airCap HR is compatible with inflatables that use Halkey Roberts, Summit 2, or similar valves.
Knowing your Pressure is Critical
Regular Gauges are Impractical for Continuous Pressure Monitoring
Knowing your pressure is absolutely critical! Inflatable craft are expensive and can easily sustain damage from over-pressure. The pressure in an inflatable boat can double from a cool morning to mid-day sun and will vary based on elevation. Seam lines can burst and baffles can tear from uneven chamber inflation. And what's more, inflatables handle and track better when properly inflated.
Regular gauges are impractical for continuous pressure monitoring and are not often rugged, waterproof or accurate. airCap solves this problem, by becoming part of your inflatable. It's simple and it just works. Protect your investment! Know your pressure, know your craft!

The use of inflatable watercraft is inherently dangerous and should only be attempted by qualified individuals. It is your responsibility to ensure that your equipment is functioning properly. Only operate your watercraft when it is in good condition and properly inflated. Frequently check your watercraft’s inflation pressure with a second calibrated pressure gauge to ensure airCap is functioning properly. Always wear a suitable personal flotation device when using your inflatable watercraft.

Consistent solar power is a big plus compared to battery replacements or dealing with battery corrosion. The quick check with a flashlight in lower light conditions is handy as well.
On the down side, the over-pressure beeper alarm of my first ordered unit repeatedly failed: No sound when pressure went higher than various set points. The replacement TRiB airCap does beep but volume is lower and more intermittent than a watch alarm. Sound cannot be heard unless ears are a few inches away from unit in a quiet room. Audible alarm was main feature I wanted for a helpful way to help prevent another SUP from blowing-up.
Attachment tether should be longer to make it easier to tie securely.
Update: 8/22 Company owner contacted me and explained that they had a very small number of units with defective screens. I happened to get one of them.. they where very responsive and I have a new cap on the way.. I will update again once I receive and use the new cap.
