The watchband itself is fine, but if you don't have the original springbars, and are very careful not to damage them when taking the old watchband off, you will be out $14.95.
Why are they called Jesus springs? Because when you are squeezing them and one slips and goes pining off the wall across the room, you may need some saving while looking for them.
I have had 4 Timex Expedition watches and all the bands loops fail. I like the watch and so put up with it and glad I found a reasonable and replacement.
