Pretty happy with the delivery. Got the item within two days of ordering. The packing was neat and there were no damages to the stand. I will be making idli this coming week to see how the material is. Will keep posted. The dimension is 6.5x6.5x4. I may have some error in the readings, but almost same as mentioned in the product description. For now, it's a 5 star.

Update: I have been using it for almost two weeks now. I am really happy with the product. Used it to make few steam dishes. All turned out fine.

Bad quality. Black stains.

Bad quality. When I first unboxed it, there lots of black stain on the plates. I washed it and had to scrub really hard to remove those stains. I made sure it’s clean, before using it. When the idlis came out, they had black stains on the bottom. I’m guessing the black stuff was in the holes and regular washing wouldn’t remove it. I don’t know what to do with it right now. I’m gonna probably return this. Waste of $14.
