Just found the fine print: "Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and different information than what is shown on our website." In other words, they show you a picture and the ingredients list of "Restaurant Sauce" and then they will ship you the cheaper generic version which is mostly water and vinegar.

I LOVE tacobell and of course it's taco sauce. I once had bought a taco bell brand sauce in the grocery stores years ago and could tell it wasn't the same as what you get in the restaurant. Then I saw this restaurant sauce and tried it and it is the same, thank goodness. (no taco bell within 80 miles of where I live). so this is not just the brand name stuff they sell in stores. This is the real, hot variety of the tacobell restaurant sauce. It only comes in packs of 12 bottles from what I could find, but I am sure I will be able to use them all up no problem.

This bottle pictured above is the exact type of authentic Taco Bell Restaurant Sauce that you were able to find and purchase in most all Grocery stores here in So-Cal. This bottle pictured above of authentic Taco Bell Restaurant Sauce is also the type that I had ordered a couple of weeks ago thinking I was going to get the same good old authentic Taco Bell Restaurant Sauce that I love over all other brands on the market shelves.

What was sent to me was a 12 different bottles of a so called Taco Bell Sauce, that is disgusting. very strong in vinegar taste of which the authentic sauce did not have onions and other debris inside. Sending back ASAP

Packaging an Issue

Package came in with Bottles laying on their sides, because of this, one broke in the middle and made a mess. They did replace it by sending me three more as consolation for the one broken. They arrived in an envelope with decent layers and a box in the middle. But two of the caps came off causing a mess again, the multiple layers prevented the mess from spreading.

I got my 12, but had a mess on my hands every time. They took care of the issue and were very considerate.

When multiple bottles together, they should be standing up not laying down to prevent them from crushing, they are much stronger in that fashion.

You will be sent something else than pictured, different/diluted taste

The case was sent very promptly, and the individual bottles were well-packed --each in its' own bubble wrap jacket. However, this is not the product they are currrently depicting. It comes with a different lable, and the flavor is not the original "restaurant sauce." It's not bad, it just tastes more tomato-ey, gelatenous, or diluted, like the wide mouth jar sauce they also sell. I sent an email to Green & Natural and they quickly responded: "We highly appreciate your comments and will take into consideration your suggestion on updating th product information. Manufacturer changed the presentation and are not providing the previous version."
So don't be fooled. I reside outside the US and wanted a taste of home. If you are near a Walmart or grocery store, look for it in its' original lable with the words "Restaurant Sauce." I grew up on Taco Bell & love their "hot" (orange pack) sauce, just not this knock off now made by Kraft.
