I used this the other day on someone bleeding from the wrist and it stopped the bleeding very well. The person did not complain about any pain due to the bandaging (probably because they were complaining about the tourniquet). With practice it was easy to deploy and did its job. Securing this allowed me to begin trusting other injuries on he victim. The paramedics that arrived were impressed with the application.

Purchased these for 3 of our main First Aid Kits. The bandage came packaged in olive drab vacuum sealed heavy duty plastic. Instructions are pictures with written instructions that are small. Intended use for our purpose is for wounds that require QikClot 25gm, compression & lengthly transport to advanced medical aid. The bandage is 4" wide & can be tension/compression adjusted with the plastic closure bar. There are other sizes available from Amazon. We prefer these over standard cotex & wrapping gauze bandages. The items are shelf-life marked & the ones we recieved were maked "7/2016". For the battlefield, package measured 4.5"L x 2.5"W x 1.45"D.

I'm always a bit reserved when buying products with an expiration date as I have been burned in the past. However, this product has a LOT of time left before expiring. They were produced in 06/2012 and don't expire until 06/2017 leaving plenty of time. I'll definitely use this retailer/seller again!

A little difficult to use for a novice like me. Would rated it higher if it had come with instructions but lots of YouTube videos are out there. Buy at least one extra so you can practice. You don't want the first time you use it to be in a real world scenario while you're trying to figure it out.

I purchased this Israeli bandage to add to my First Aid Supplies. It is an excellent product. Every First Aid Kit should have at least one large trauma dressing. This quality Tactical Dressing fills that role at a bargain price! I recommend this product and this seller. They were very helpful.

I haven't used this product so I really can't rate the quality of the product. I bought it for emergency use and I actually hope I never have to use it. The product is as the seller described and it arrived in a timely manner.

I have not had the misfortune to need it but, it came packaged very well and vacuum sealed very well. It expires in 2017 but I wonder if that's like a can of soup....... best if used by..... seems to me that if it's vacuum sealed its probably ok.

Looks to be as advertised. As I already stated, I hope I don't have to use it, ever! I became convinced that I needed to carry this product in my first aid kit after attending a class for first responders...
