The recipes here are easy, unique and are so incredibly tasty! This book adds a dash of advice on protein and other thoughts to consider while adopting a vegan diet. It incorporates tastes from Spain and the Middle East.
It also takes Fox & Cohen’s blog, MayIHaveThatRecipe to new heights. This is a must have for every vegan, vegetarian, and/or gluten free person, searching for truly outstanding culinary experiences. Fox and Cohen—if you ever open a restaurant near me, serving these recipes, I’d be there every day! Seriously well done. Highly recommend.
I find the recipes easy to follow and appreciate the authors timesaving tips that accompany some recipes.
I'm missing some of the ingredients (like alleppo pepper) and it would be great for them to write what would be a reasonable replacement for this !
