THIS BOOK IS A stand alone from her previous book book in the series Fall For Me
This starts off with Rock Star Alex Metcalf taking a break to calm down the media who had found out about his bi sexual lifestyle. Alex heads out to Martha's Vineyard to get away and work on new songs for his band .
Chase and his fiance Danni live and work on the property Alex is renting. When Danni goes away on business Alex and Chase spend time together, that is when Alex realizes that Chase also might be hiding the fact that he is Bi sexual ,so Alex makes his move .
Throughout the story you get to see how the three of them try out a Menage relationship there is a great deal of sexual chemistry between the three of them, but circumstances arise and things don't turn out so well.
During the course of this book you see many different emotions and conflicts and the three are separated with Alex returning back to California . I enjoyed how this Author took us through all the different aspects of how the three were went about trying to figure out exactly what was best fir them .
There's a twist that happens but I will not get into that you will have to read this to see if:
Can the three of them survive the feelings that they have for each other .
Can they make this untraditional relationship work?
All I will say is that I highly recommend reading this amazing book you will not be disappointed Ann Lister can write a beautiful and hot and steamy book

OK, let me start off by saying that before I even discuss the merits of this book, the editing was so HORRIFIC that I am going to start there. As a reader, I am appalled that I paid for this. This book was almost $5. I have read self-published books that were free that were substantially better than this, both editing-wise and content. I am so sick of reading books that are this sloppy when they have been PUBLISHED! Shame on you Ann Lister for publishing a book that was this rough and with this many errors. You (and every other author) owes the readers a FINISHED, POLISHED work, not a rough draft. Take some pride in your work and hire an editor. You are charging for these books!!!

I am not an English teacher or crazy about a few typos here and there, but it was on almost every single page. I found the story difficult to concentrate on because of this. Here are some examples, and these were taken just from the span of 10 pages that I looked at to write this review:

"Allow yourself to it feel."
----What???-----
Using "her" vs. "him" interchangeably
----For example, many times the surrounding text text referred to the female character and the author used "him" instead of "her." I guess the author could not even keep the characters straight (no pun...) ???-----
Inserting, a, comma, in, every, place, you, can, imagine, putting, one,
----Annoying-----
"...him and me..."
-----Seven year-old children speak like that. Basic English= "he and I"----

The editing (or lack thereof) was so bad that if this author paid someone to edit this book prior to publishing, she better ask for a refund.

I get that she needs to be in the book, but it would be better w/o her. I couldn't understand how she could continue with the relationship since she acted like she really disliked Alex the whole time.

...as book 1. I love chase and Alex and their dynamic. Danni was a bit harder to come to love and I kinda wanted to smack her a few times, but in the end she was a remarkable character too. All characters have flaws and that's what make a reader fall in love with the book. The emotion the author creates for these characters makes you feel connected. I love when that connection hits and the rush it gives you.

I loved this book... the relationships build between Alex, Danni and Chase was engaging and powerful.

Alex, Chase and Danni will touch your soul as they struggle to find a place that works for their deep connection to each other.

The small gestures in this book were amazing; Alex taking his time with Chase, Alex wanting to connect with Danni, Danni's desire to understand Chase even when it turns to do so

This journey these three take to happy is layered with emotion and kept me wanting to read more.
The kind of book that when you have to put down keeps calling to you to read more and running through your head.

The growth Ms Lister showed as a writer in book 2 of this series was wonderful!

I am truly looking forward to more great things from Ms Lister and I am so looking forward to Cooper's story; Make Me Yours (The Rock Gods #3)

3.5 Stars

This book had a lot of elements that I like. Rockstars, m/m/f, pretty good writing, not a short story. The plot was a little slow paced in terms of action. The crises were mostly emotional. One of the characters is figuring out that his likes may not run just one way. The struggle with that can be interesting.

Here's what I didn't like. Danni, Danni, and Danni. Wanted to rip her head off. I don't usually feel that way about MCs, but her, I would have cheerfully dropped off a cliff. She was a needy, crying, insecure, petty, trouble making b*tch. Don't let the cover fool you. Most of the time she's trying to tear/guilt the guys apart, AFTER she gave her blessing. But it's not only her that's annoying. It seems like every time things get bumpy with this trio, someone rabbits. Hint: you can't work things out if you're always running away. You may think you're being noble, but you're still running away.
