Gemma and her two friends step though a porthole in order to escape the creatures that are after them. Transported to another world Gemma awakens to find herself alone and her two friends missing. Orion is the king, and on seeing Gemma he knows she is his mate, but all Gemma wants to do is find her two friends. So a deal is made, but danger is all around and Orion must claim her before others find out.
This really is worth while reading looking forward to the other books. Definately worth 5 stars plus
She's a human girl who came in through a portal to another planet and is fated mates with a wolf shifter.
She doesn't know who to trust. And war is afoot and some dubious allies may or may not be trusted.
But until then, she has to find her friends.
It was quite the ride. And also sweet and too short. I wished it had lasted longer.

King Orion had never thought he would ever find a mate until the Clovis Queens daughter Rhiannon had cast a spell that had brought three human females to th planet, they were a bridge allowing their mates to have offspring again.
There is plenty of action with wolf shifters and many other forms of life. Once you begin reading this book you won't be able to put it down.
