Rebecca Eisenberg, M.S., CCC-SLP is a certified speech language pathologist, author, instructor, and parent of two children. She has been practicing in the field of speech language pathology since 2001 and works with both children and adults with special needs in a variety of settings. She has multiple games and a workbook published by Super Duper Publications. She is also the author of the picture book,
My Second Year of Kindergarten.
Rebecca has always loved and treasured children's books, specifically those that embed a meaningful lesson in the story. Her passion lies in finding those moments to connect with children through storytelling. Rebecca began her blog gravitybread.com to create a resource for parents to help make mealtime an enriched learning experience with children's literature.
Mindy Winebrenner, M.Ed., is an early childhood special educator, author, family coach, and parent of two rambunctious boys. As a child, her dream was to become a children's author and illustrator. Mindy has enjoyed working in and out of the classroom with young children for the past fifteen years. Mindy has been an advocate in promoting inclusion both in the classroom and in the community. Currently, Mindy works with young children and their families, ages birth to five, with developmental disabilities. In her spare time, she enjoys reading The Monkey Balloon books to groups of children at schools and community events.
Mindy lives with her husband, two sons, and Chihuahuas in Ellicott City, Maryland.
