Second: you have to line it up perfectly to get a full cut out.
Third: you have to cut each section out manually with a pairing knife.
Fourth: then you have to reshape each cut out section with a skewer or toothpick.
Fifth: it’s hard to centre the design with only half a circle.
Conclusion: not worth the money or aggravation or time when making lattice is so easy and just as pleasing to the eye.
