A child who is loud or talks non-stop can be a real cause of stress. Quieting them down isn't always easy. In No Talking, Penny
the main character learns the value of sometimes keeping her mouth still. Enjoy this fun book with great illustrations. (And maybe afterward, everyone can have some restful quiet time!)
From the Author
Nobody wants to spend too much time with a chatter box.
I can recall many occasions when I wanted to plug my ears just like Ronald and cry, "Please be quiet!"
(Hmmm. Truth be told, I was probably the chatter box at times!)
I wanted to create a fun story showing the benefits of sometimes being quiet. Poor Penny has quite a time learning this lesson, but finally she does learn it! Voila! Suddenly, her life is a whole lot better.
I hope you and your children enjoy this story! (And God bless all the "Penny's" out there!)
