It is a great book to promote self reflection, however, if you looking to really change your behavior and deal with your underlying issues, you are going to need some other books to show you how to get there. I wish there were more varied examples of how to be a strong, confident, woman without slipping into Bitch mode, and I wish those examples came from other people they had dealings with or even some of their clients rather than just the writers. The book itself seemed like it could have used an extra edit or two as well.
All in all though, I'm thinking about leaving this book on a couple of Alpha Bitches doorsteps...
I may not be one (at least not all the time) but I sure have worked with some. This book could have gone into more detail on how to deal with an AB - especially in the work place - and been much more helpful.
Overall it's a fun read and you may learn a few things about yourself. Their follow up book should be: "How to Tame An Alpha Bitch Without Becoming One: A guide for workplace harmony"
