I"ve taken the plunge and decided to get into painting Gundams. I spent the better part of a day to research what to use and the general consensus was to use Tamiya brand Laquer base products. I'm using this to paint a RG Sazabi. This stuff is amazing! The only downsides to this product is how much paint you're actually getting and the high price. Because of this I'll probably buy an air brush kit to paint. I've used about 1 1/2 cans of this primer to cover the parts I'll be painting. So if you're like me, with little experience, be sure to buy an extra can. I ordered two because I figured this would happen and I'm so glad I did. The stuff never clogged and never sputtered.
